S1E6 -A Year of COVID and Breaking the Email "Addiction"

Michigan schools were shut down due to COVID on 3/16/20. What we thought would merely be a two week "pause" snowballed into a pause far longer. Today, I offer my perspective on the year of COVID as well as some practical strategies on how to handle breaking up with "email"
